WASTE WATER ANALYSIS - Avocet's services include waste water monitoring as required by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) as well as other industrial discharge permit requirements. Bring us your requirements and we will customize your testing program.

BIOSOLIDS - We use DOE approved methods for 503 Rule testing for biosolids. All necessary metals, bacteria, nutrients, solids and oxygen uptake tests can be accurately and quickly completed.

COMPOST - Avocet tests compost for both physical and chemical parameters in commercial compost. Stability nutrients, heavy metals and pathogen content are analyzed to determine the grade of compost.

DRINKING WATER - Avocet provides complete inorganic and bacterial anyalyses for individual wells and water systems, which meet all State Department of Health requirements. Complete customized monthly monitoring programs are available for public water systems, as well as required testing for nitrates, lead, copper, and other tests as may be individually required.

MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS - Avocet can test for Total and Fecal Coliform, E-coli, Fecal Strep, Salmonella and Heterotrophic Plate Count as well as additional microbiological identification in food, drinking water, waste water and environmental samples.

NWTPH - Working with our contract laboratory, we can provide the full range of NWTPH tests including gasoline, diesel, BTEX, heating fuels and heavy motor oils as required by the Washington DOE Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (NWTPH) monitoring program.

METALS - Avocet can test for metals in a variety of matrices such as drinking water, waste water, paint chips, sludge, biosolids, compost and soil.

SOILS - Contaminants, nutrients and characteristic are some of the parameters which can be tested by our laboratory technicians.

TCLP - Avocet has the capability to extract and analyze compounds required to fulfill the Total Characteristic Leacheate Procedure.

STORMWATER - Avocet can fulfill all of your stormwater analysis requirements using EPA standard methods or acceptable equivelents.
